We think it is important for you to be able to talk to a person when you need help. That’s why for the past 5+ years, we’ve offered live support by phone and email. Starting today, we’re introducing a new way to get support. We are now offering live support via chat.
All you have to do is log into your account, and click on the pink icon in the bottom right corner of the control panel. It is right next to the orange Zibster Assistant icon. Live chat is a great new way to quickly connect with our team when you need help.
Below the chat icon is the Zibster Assistant icon (Tip: It’s orange). When you access the Assistant, depending on where you are in the control panel, you’ll be presented with tips and tutorials for PhotoBiz’s tools and functions. The Assistant is also a fast way to get access to support articles or to contact our team by phone or email.
Adding live chat for support is another way we are committed to supporting all of our customers. If you have any questions about your account, the choice is yours — give us a call at 844.353.3412, open a support ticket, or send us a message through our new support chat feature. We are here to help answer your questions from 9 AM-8 PM ET, Monday through Friday.
